Ms. Surbhi has more than 10 years of experience in Finance, Taxation and Corporate Laws. She has conducted various financial and secretarial audits for public limited companies. Apart from being an Assistant Professor, her time with Bombay Stock Exchange and various CA / CS firms has given her a varied perspective in the field of Finance and Corporate Law. Her academic achievements include Masters in Commerce, Accounting & Finance. She has successfully qualified NET and is currently pursuing CA final. She is a member of ‘Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ and has co-authored a book on Income Tax which is recommended by the University of Rajasthan, India.
