Capacity building of individuals and organization in Public health issues and practices has always been our area of expertise. Conducting Training need assessment, preparing training manual, conducting trainings and finally evaluating them are some of the things we do under capacity building. Besides, developing interpersonal skills, communication skills for health care workers like doctors, Nurses, technical staffs and other public health professional has also been a part of our experience.
