This is a variation of Project Management, where fewer resources from Hosmac are deployed on-site, with the objective of assisting the client by overseeing the more healthcare-specific aspects of execution, both typical and atypical.
This service is especially convenient for clients who wish to manage the project on their own but need inputs on scheduling and procurements for clinical spaces.
The resource deployed liaises with Hosmac for meeting any gaps as they emerge in course of execution, but more often than not, pre-empts these by dint of exposure to healthcare projects. The routine functions of construction management are handled by the client.
