As a logical extension of our design and project management capabilities, Hosmac provides a unique design build solution to clients who look for one point accountability. We take charge of budgeting, the design, quanitifying, pricing and executing the project as an EPC contract.

This service undertakes projects ranging from small fit-out assignments like operation theatre complexes, ICUs, diagnostic centres to a large hospital building. We employ a variant of the Design-Bid-Build model which brings an unprecedented transparency to an industry where contractors are looked at with doubt. Our method involves a presentation of a cost estimate on closure of design, and the commencement of building only after a complete and 'all-points' approval from the client.

We focus all expertise available within the consulting arms to a single point of convergence: the built facility. This ensures total control over the entire process, from the initiation of the project with a market survey through determining financial feasibility, architectural and engineering design and commissioning the facility after we ourselves build it, thus guaranteeing that our client's vision is retained through the entire project cycle.
